  4. Do not be Condescending
  5. Keep the promises you made on your website.
  6. Be transparent with your prices.
  7. Be clear about your services and scopes.
  8. Provide options.
  9. Respond to every single enquiry/query in a timely fashion.
  10. Resolve every issue satisfactorily even if it means losing a bit of your income.
